My priorities are usability, accessibility, and style. I design websites to be user-friendly, screenreader-accessible, and attractive, so you can reach the widest possible audience or client base. I offer web design services for organizations seeking small, easy-to-maintain websites, and can also help you set up a blog or website using WordPress, a highly customizable, flexible, free blogging platform equally suited to powering a blog or a small-to-medium-sized website.

Several new articles since last update, mostly for Student Health 101. My article for Transitions Abroad, “Hiking in South Iceland,” appeared in the January/February 2008 issue along with two of my photographs of Vestmannaeyjar.

I’ve also added a section for my scientific research. It’s summarized briefly but somewhat technically, and probably won’t be relevant to most users of this site.

I still have not found a satisfactorily attractive and simple way to add a photo gallery, but I’m working on it.
